The breakfast buffet had many delicious options.

The breakfast was enjoyable and well presented with potatoes and a wonderful view, for instance. The staff was very nice and polite, everything was great.

The accessibility of the SPA area for scheduling purposes could be better.

Rooms were large and had fantastic views, while the breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options. Plus, the bus service to Funchal was a convenient touch.

The bar prices felt unjustifiably steep for a 4-star venue.

Very courteous staff, great seawater pool where you can swim very well, excellent choice for breakfast and also an upgrade to a room with sea view, although I only stayed 1 night.

The room was very spacious and the view of the Atlantic was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We always had dinner in local restaurants, as it was very much the usual standard in the hotel.

Evening entertainment could use more variety!!! Noise from the bar at night interfered with sleep!!! Room maintenance should address minor issues like non-functioning bidets!!!

Modern venue, outstanding food, stunning location on the express buses or the one which goes on the smaller roads. Immaculate and good-sized rooms with fridge, excellent facilities, magnificent view, fantastic friendly staff. Lots of food available in the restaurant.

View and proximity to the beach was great

The hotel is in an excellent, quiet location next to the sea (the sea is the only noisy thing here !). It is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from the airport and a similar distance to the capital, Funchal. The buffet breakfast was superb with a fantastic choice of hot and cold food. Sparkling wine was also available free of charge every morning. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance but they were very good and very reasonably priced (main courses 8 to 10 euros on average). The pools (indoor and outdoor) are immaculate and getting a sun lounger was never a problem. Our room and bathroom was spotless, well furnished and had a small triangular shaped balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

No, I will certainly use this hotel if I go back to Madeira again.

We booked for 3 adults and were pleasantly surprised to have 2 rooms with a small kitchenette too. Lovely breakfast too.

The promenade in front of the hotel had been damaged in the February storms but even so one end in particular was quite scruffy and run down.

Fine ocean views from the balcony made our mornings special.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable , making it difficult to stay connected.

well, may be...the hot buffet....not that I was expecting anything "gastronomic"....but may be some improvement should be done there. again depends on...nationalities, some are less picky than others on food......
